Penalty for breach of this limited use agreement shall constitute actual damages plus attorneys fees, or additional use license may be purchased as part of a settlement agreement to remedy the breach. Templates By ordering or downloading our templates documents (including our contracts) whether directly or via our Subscription Services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the template documents for your own personal or business use. You may not assign or transfer the template documents or your Subscription Package or its benefits to any other person without Anderson Legal, PLLC’s express written consent. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or refuse to provide the products and/or services to you at any time for any reason.
